John Smith from Sydney, Australia is truly blessed. Both Jesus and Mary have decided to recreate themselves in his lava lamp.

"I had been going through a tough time and was paying for a sign ... a divine sign from God that I was not alone and that all would work out fine," he explains on the website.

After the revelation of the lava lamp Mr Smith said his life turned around.

He claims this heavenly-sent miracle literally changed his life and that angels are currently protecting him.

But for Australian Skeptics vice president Richard Saunders the Virgin in the lava lamp is simply another case of a phenomenon known as pareidolia where the mind sees patterns and objects in random shapes.

Blasphemy! How can anyone suggest that all of these people who claim to see Jesus are just seeing what they wish to see? It's pure coincidence that all of them are Christians.
