Pareidolia

Pareidolia as defined by wikipedia is a "psychological phenomenon involving a vague and random stimulus (often an image or sound) being perceived as significant." This phenomenon is ubiquitous in the United States with people seeing Christian icons everywhere, especially Jesus.

The purpose of this website is to collect these sightings into a databse, thus demonstrating the attention to detail of our divine savior. Not only does He cure plague and famine (or not, which is His choice as well), but he also makes images of himself (and His mom - he is a loyal son) appear everywhere to relieve people, to fascinate them, or just to amuse them. Much like a shadow puppet show.

Thank you, Jesus, for the gift of your barely discernible images in random things. You have made all our lives better.

rocks don't have an up or down, neither do clouds. i have nothing for sale but see these likenesses in rocks, i thought this one looked like jesus for the first week i had it, then i photographed it and blew it up way to big, i started to notice other likenesses, of biblicle nature or roman or some other ancient time. anyway feel free to post it if you like. i have hundreds more rocks on my facebook and they are ordinary beach rocks.
